Mizell Senior Center Accepts Flu Shot Appointments

An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

PALM SPRINGS, CA: The Mizell Senior Center is accepting appointments for free flu shots at the Senior Living Expo on Friday, Sept. 21. Appointments will be available between 10 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. To schedule an appointment, just stop by the Mizell ticket window and obtain your free appointment card. Only a limited number of free flu shots will be available, so be sure to stop by for your appointment soon.

Now in its 24th year, Mizell’s Senior Lifestyle Expo is sponsored by Desert Regional Medical Center, Michael Neuhoff, and The Law Offices of Eric A. Rudolph. In addition to providing free flu shots, they will present health, wellness, and legal seminars, hosting information booths, having a BBQ lunch and even a free senior Farmer’s Market. To add to the fun, there will be prize drawings for individuals who visit at least ten vendor booths.
