Christmas Dinner Feast at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino

INDIO, CA – This Christmas Day, the acclaimed chefs at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino will be preparing a feast to remember for guests of every age to enjoy. Three of the resort’s seven restaurants will offer dining specials on Tuesday, Dec. 25. Make plans to celebrate the holiday with friends and family at the resort’s Fresh Grill Buffet, POM or at Bistro.

At Bistro your stomach will celebrate with the Christmas night special of Blackened Boneless Rib-Eye Steak and Achiote Seared Jumbo Prawns. This will be served alongside Broccoli-Cheddar Gratine, Honey Glazed Baby Carrots, Garlic-Parmesan Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes with Peppercorn Demi Glace and Chipotle-Lemon Butter Sauce for $38. Bistro opens for dinner at 5pm and will also be offering the usual menu.

There is also a Christmas night dinner special in POM, which includes Pan Seared Brazilian Lobster Tail with Linguini Pasta tossed with Asparagus, Mushrooms, Zucchini, Squash, Grape Tomatoes and Yellow Bell Peppers. This is served with Roasted Red Pepper Garlic Sauce and Asiago Garlic Toast for $33.

At the Fresh Grill Buffet, Christmas dinner will be served all day, along with the normal array of brunch delights including waffles, made-to-order omelets, Eggs Benedict, arrays of fresh fruit, an extensive salad bar and fresh, succulent meats from the carving station including Roast Prime Rib of Beef, Honey-Dijon Baked Virginia Ham and Maple Glazed Turkey Breast. Guests will also enjoy a wide variety of salads and soups, including Grilled Chicken and Shrimp Caesar Salad, Baby Spinach with Winter Pear, Sun Dried Cranberries, Walnuts and Blue Cheese, Vietnamese Glass Noodle and Vegetable Salad, Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup and Seafood Minestrone.

Fresh Grill Buffet also includes delectable dishes such as Alaskan Snow Crab Legs, Norwegian Smoked Salmon, and Poached Canadian Mussels. There are also Chef’s specialties including Stuffed Leg of Lamb with Feta Cheese, Dates and Spinach and Roast Danish Pork Loin with Apricot, Apple and Plum Sauce. Be sure to save some room for a trip to the extensive dessert bar. Diners will enjoy sumptuous and freshly baked holiday cookies, pies, cakes, tarts, plus the make-your-own sundae station. The dessert bar also features many sugar-free confections.

With large, open seating arrangements, the Fresh Grill Buffet is the perfect place for groups and families, as well as for smaller parties for the Christmas holiday or for any holiday. Fresh Grill is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m on Christmas day. The cost is $26.99 for adults and $13.99 for children ages 3 to 11. Children under age 3 are free.
