Community Policing Initiative Town Hall Meeting

DHS Police Chief Kate Singer

The Desert Hot Springs Police Department is holding their third Community Policing Initiative Town Hall meeting on Thursday, Mar. 14 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the Community Health & Wellness Center located at 66666 Cholla Drive (off Pierson and adjacent to the DHS High School). The public is invited to this free event and all residents are encouraged to attend.

Members of the police force and city officials hope to connect, engage and share information with residents. Police officers will discuss the overall city concerns with attendees, and then break the city down into three law enforcement segments (A, B, and C) where residents will branch off, meet their section patrol officers and sergeants to discuss specific concerns in their neighborhood,” said DHS Police Chief Kate Singer. For more information, call the DHS Police Watch Commander at 760-329-6411 ext.302.
