Two former Marines are walking 2,700 miles across America to bring awareness to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Adam Shatarsky, 33,  (on the Left) and Chris Senopole, 23, (on the right) both served together in the 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines in the Weapons Company.

Senopole did duty in Afghanistan and after returning decided to trek across the country with his buddy, Adam.

They started their trek on Jun. 15th at Camp Pendleton and are in Palm Springs tonight. They will walk to Indio tomorrow across Ramon road where they will spend the night before heading east to Phoenix.
