‘Vue’ to a Culinary Thrill Set to Debut

Indian Wells Golf Resort Serves Up Chic New Eatery Dec. 6

With the Indian Wells Golf Resort’s inspiring desert vistas as an appetizer, the property’s new restaurant, Vue Grille & Bar, will serve such tantalizing dishes as ahi in wasabi sauce and bacon-wrapped filet mignon medallions with grilled grapes and red and golden beets

Opening Friday, Dec. 6, Vue Grille & Bar has been designed to promote a new vibe at the property — from a trendy but comfortable new interior that pays tribute to the colors and feel of the surrounding desert, to a seasonal, farm-to-table fresh menu, craft cocktails, beers and a new sushi bar.

The culinary offerings of Vue, which is located in the space formerly occupied by the IW Club and will serve lunch and dinner, are built around the bounty available from local farms and nearby ranches. The featured dishes have been innovatively designed by award-winning Executive Chef Cale Falk.

“There is a huge diversity of fresh products available in the Coachella Valley that I cannot wait to incorporate into the menus here at Vue Grille & Bar,” Falk said.

In addition to a beautifully redesigned restaurant, the Indian Wells Golf Resort will unveil the Pavilion, a luxurious new 5,700-square-foot event space offering the comfort of a temperature-controlled room in the open air — making it the perfect spot for weddings, large parties and other events.
